Job Summary
Synechron is seeking an experienced Angular Developer to oversee the front-end development efforts for enterprise this role you will be responsible for leading a team of developers designing scalable user-friendly web interfaces and ensuring top-quality code delivery. Collaborating with cross-functional teams you will drive best practices mentor junior developers and deliver responsive secure and high-performance solutions aligned with organizational goals and industry standards. Your leadership will facilitate fast-paced project execution while maintaining high quality and user experience.

Software Requirements

• Required: Angular (latest version) TypeScript HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript Git IDEs (Visual Studio Code IntelliJ IDEA or similar) build tools (Webpack Angular CLI) version control systems (Git)

• Preferred: Angular Material Redux/ngrx CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins Azure DevOps) testing tools (Karma Jasmine Protractor) API documentation tools (Swagger)

• Experience level: 5 years of professional Angular development including team leadership and project oversight

Overall Responsibilities

• Lead the development and enhancement of responsive web applications using Angular and TypeScript

• Architect scalable UI solutions that meet functional security and performance standards

• Mentor and guide team members fostering best practices in front-end development and code quality

• Coordinate with product managers UX/UI designers and backend teams to translate requirements into high-quality user interfaces

• Conduct code reviews enforce coding standards and promote continuous improvement

• Support automation efforts optimize build processes and facilitate deployment pipelines

• Troubleshoot performance issues bugs and security vulnerabilities promptly

• Maintain detailed technical documentation including UI component standards and operational procedures

• Lead innovation initiatives to incorporate new frameworks tools and user experience enhancements

Experience Requirements

• 5 years of front-end development experience with Angular in enterprise environments

• Proven track record of leading front-end teams and delivering scalable user-friendly web applications

• Experience implementing responsive designs cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline integration for automated deployments and testing

• Industry experience in banking fintech or enterprise software is preferred but not required; extensive large-scale front-end experience in other domains acceptable

Day-to-Day Activities

• Lead and review the development of Angular-based user interfaces ensuring responsiveness and security

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers product owners and backend teams to deliver high-quality solutions

• Conduct code reviews enforce best practices and mentor team members on Angular development

• Troubleshoot and address performance bottlenecks bugs and security issues

• Support automation of testing build and deployment processes

• Maintain documentation on UI components coding standards and operational procedures

• Participate in Agile ceremonies including planning reviews and retrospectives

• Stay informed on the latest front-end frameworks tools and UX best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Web Development or related field

• 5 years of experience leading Angular development projects in enterprise environments

• Certifications in Angular JavaScript frameworks or UI/UX design are a plus

• Strong problem-solving debugging and performance tuning skills

• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and technical guidance

• Proven ability to lead teams effectively and deliver on project deadlines
