What you will be doing
- Follow all safety protocols.
- Participate in pre and post shift meetings.
- Maintain department housekeeping standards.
- Complete STOP observations as needed.
- Have complete understanding of company quality standards and standard tolerances.
- Maintain acceptable levels of internal scrap.
- Maintain acceptable levels of customer returns.
What will make you successful
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Must be willing to work any shift assigned.
- Minimum of 1 Year Manufacturing Experience desirable.
- Ability to communicate effectively with fluency in English preferred.
- Must be willing to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
- Be able to lift to 100 lbs. with a partner.
Competencies:
- Team player: ability to work as a team.
- Self-starter.
- Adaptable to change.
- Ability to prioritize needs.
- Must have ability to work at a fast pace.
