Associate Operations Initiatives Analyst

WCF Insurance an A rated carrier growing throughout the western states has an immediate opening for an Associate Operations Initiatives Analyst on the Sales and Distribution team at our Sandy Utah headquarters. This full-time exempt position reports to the Director of Sales Operations. The expected salary for this position is $60000 to $74000 annually based upon experience and education.

Position

The Associate Operations Initiatives Analyst plays a key role in strengthening WCFs strategic and operational performance. This role turns data into insights that help guide company initiatives improve efficiency and support decisionmaking. Youll collaborate with teams across the organization analyze trends and help drive projects forward. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive analysis develop strategic recommendations and monitor progress for initiatives across the company.
• Develop and maintain performance metrics to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of strategic initiatives.
• Analyze marketing campaign performance customer behavior and market trends to support datadriven marketing strategies.
• Create clear concise reports and deliver presentations to stakeholders including management.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support the implementation of strategic initiatives.
• Assist with project planning and resource allocation to support new strategy implementation.
• Perform market research competitive analysis and trend assessments to provide insights that guide strategic decision
• Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of analytics insights and strategic recommendations.
• Regularly communicate and collaborate with team members and management regarding strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in marketing business or a related field.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously meet deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities in a fastpaced environment.
• Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy in work and data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent interpersonal negotiation problemsolving processmanagement and teambuilding abilities.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
• Willingness to work five days per week at our Sandy Utah office.
