Job Summary

A vacancy has arisen for a Sgt Chf Tech FS WO or MAcr (Any Profession) to serve as JCCCC PWIB VRR 2 at IMJIN BARRAKS on VERR Terms and Conditions of Service (TCoS) with an initial proposed start date of 29 June 2026 (or earlier/later subject to candidate status).

The JCCC Reserve Squadron provides support to the JCCC Operations Room primarily as part of the Out of Hours Watch Keeping team and when activated the Prisoner of War Information Bureau. The primary tasks are the management of Compassionate Cases and Casualty Notification; investigation with external agencies and providing advice to Service Chain of Command (SCoC) Service Personnel and families.

Call handling from units service personnel and family members.
Investigation of case to confirm entitlement and authorisation to travel at public expense.
Provide guidance to Casualty Notification Officers.
Updating appropriate agencies within specified timescales.
Work as an Out of Hours watch keeper.
