Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee Finance
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance & Accounting professional with strong communication skills solid knowledge of accounting principles and hands-on experience in Excel and reporting. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling day-to-day accounting activities preparing rebates for the end customers and supporting month-end processes. Knowledge of Record-to-Report processes will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
The role requires close co-ordination working with clients. Prefer people with some analytical skills who are able to understand the process and follow the same rigorously without any quality issues.
Prepare rebates files dashboards and statements as per business requirements.
Manage daily accounting operations including journal entries and reconciliations.
Perform monthly closing activities.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and company accounting policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve set-up or reporting issues.
Support audits by providing required documentation and clarifications.
Utilize Excel for data analysis report building and automation using advanced formulas.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Bachelors degree in Commerce Accounting Finance or related field.
Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and financial processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good attention to detail analytical mindset and problem-solving ability
