Customer Support Representative (Remote LATAM Preferred)
Written Support Only Email & Zendesk No Phone Calls
Salary range - $1400 - $1600 per month
We are looking for a detail-oriented and empathetic Customer Support Representative to provide written support to patients via Zendesk and email. This role is fully remote and ideal for candidates located in Latin America to align with team time zones.
This position focuses exclusively on written communicationno phone or live chat support is required.
Respond to support tickets and inquiries through Zendesk and email with clarity professionalism and empathy
Troubleshoot common issues and guide users toward solutions using provided resources
Identify and escalate complex cases appropriately
Maintain accurate internal documentation of support interactions
Collaborate with internal teams to share insights from customer feedback and improve support processes
12 years of experience in a customer support or service role (preferably using Zendesk)
Excellent written English; strong grammar clarity and tone are essential
Proven ability to communicate with professionalism and patience in sensitive or health-related contexts
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow structured workflows
Self-starter who can work independently in a remote environment
Candidates will be asked to:
Complete a written English evaluation
Respond to a sample Zendesk ticket to assess issue handling tone and escalation judgment
