About the role
The Information Management Trainee will provide vital administrative support to the Information Management team to enable accurate and efficient document this position youll assist with registering and distributing incoming hardcopy and electronic documents while learning to use information management systems. As a trainee in Information Services you will learn about the maintenance and disposal of records in line with established guidelines. You will also gain valuable experience in the digitisation of records to aid in the preservation and analysis of documents.
Throughout the 12-month traineeship youll work towards completing a Certificate III in Business build practical hands-on experience and valuable skills whilst working in a supportive environment.

Conditions of employment are in accordance with the City of Bunbury Employees 2024 Enterprise Agreement with Level 1 salary ranging from between $46515.04 and $62382.32 per annum.
