Job Summary
Infosys is seeking an enthusiastic Java Full Stack Lead Consultantwith proven requirement gathering skills and have experience in preparing technical requirement documents based on the information gathered in technical workshops. This position will be an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle; involved in business process consulting; define the problem propose and create the solution; also play an important role in the development configuration and deployment of the overall solution; and will guide teams on project processes deliverables and contribute to the proposal development client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. This is an opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required Skills
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Quincy MAor be willing to relocate to the area.
- Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 9 years of Information Technology experience.
- Good understanding of Financial Services domain.
- Minimum 9 years of development production engineering and management(deployment release maintenance migration) using DevOps toolset and methodologies
- Proficiency in at high-level programming language like Java Python Golang Ruby JavaScript
- Responsible for expanding Cribl Stream by implementing worker groups in AWS Azure and Oracle Cloud (OCI) across 5 disting public cloud landing zones
- Strong expertise in operation and workflow automation using tools like Ansible Chef Puppet
- Production experience in the design and implementation of Infrastructure as Code using Terraform CloudFormation Pulumi AWS CDK or similar tools
- Deep understanding of CI/CD tools (Jenkins Drone CI Spinnaker Argo CD etc.) and methodology production experience in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines with a focus on helping teams release frequently to production while maintaining deployment reliability
- Medium to large-scale production infrastructure management experience with at least one of the major cloud providers - AWS GCP Azure
- Understanding of core cloud security principles experience in securing cloud platforms
- Ability to troubleshoot and measure the performance of complex cloud environments
- Strong understanding of Linux fundamentals (networking filesystems kernel isolation)
- Ability to transform business requirements into production-ready software components
- Strong end-to-end ownership autonomy and a good sense of urgency to enable proper self-prioritization
- Production experience with modern observability tools (Prometheus Grafana Datadog etc.)
- Understanding of core concepts of distributed systems design
- Excellent communication skills
