The Professional Services Account Executive will be responsible for quota & sales management of Adobes consulting services (across Key Accounts) complimenting Adobes market-leading Digital Experience solutions for a given vertical industry. The Professional Services AE will advise customers to get the best value from their Adobe investments by translating customer challenges into consulting opportunities positioning and selling the right consulting deals. The candidate will be part of the Global PSSi Team India a GTM shared service for the Adobe Customer Solutions team.
Responsibilities:
1. Sales Excellence:
a. Provide an end-to-end sales custodianship for assigned deals - scoping the right deal building winning value propositions and executing service orders
b. Achieve sales quota through value & consultative selling
c. Provide accurate sales forecast and business outlook to internal management
d. Be the sales subject matter expert in structuring consulting services deals
2. Trusted Advisor
a. Deeply understand customers business problems and their digital experience & marketing landscape
b. Be a keen learner and trendspotter of assigned vertical industry
c. Be able to empathize with customers on their digital transformation journey
d. Be able to bring the best of Adobe to solve customers problem
3. Collaborator
a. Be a trusted sales rep bas
ed out of India for the sales counterparts and sales management team in EMEA
b. Work in collaboration with different field teams such as Field Sales Consultants and Account Managers/CSM to identify opportunities develop winning sales plan and ultimately achieve sales quota
c. Manage C-level & C-1&-2 level relationships in customer organisations effectively
Desired Skills & Experience
Bachelors degree (any field) and Masters Degree (Business)
10-15 years of experience with mandatory solid 8 years of experience in technology consulting and Digital Transformational sales.
Demonstrate strong sales skills with a solid quota achievement record. Underperformers need not apply
Digital enthusiasts critical thinkers and problem solvers who can evangelise the current needs of customers on their Digital journeys and the solutions around the same.
Proven communication and presentation skills. Should understand how to work effectively in a global work environment with distributed teams and stakeholders
Ability to structure moderate to complex deals. Experience in managing enterprise consulting services proposals and bids is an added advantage.
Ability to work in an overlay sales ecosystem aligning with the regional Sellers & working as one team
