Territory Executive - Medical Representative (Contract)

We are seeking a proactive and professional Territory Executive functioning as a Medical Representative to join our team on a contract basis in India. This role is crucial for driving engagement within the Pharma/Healthcare/Lifesciences sector in the Bihar region specifically covering Patna. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the medical landscape and excel in building relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Engage with Doctors to present and educate them on our pharmaceutical products.
Meet with Chemists to discuss product availability order placement and promotional activities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Stockists to ensure efficient supply chain management and product distribution.
Achieve territory sales targets and objectives within the assigned geographical area.
Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on competitor activities and market trends.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

Any Graduate degree.
Maximum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Pharma/Healthcare/Lifesciences industry.
Proven ability to meet and engage with Doctors Chemists and Stockists.
Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market and sales strategies.
Ability to work independently and manage a defined territory effectively.
