The Opportunity

Are you finishing up your degree at University Or have you just finished and are ready to reimagine whats next Join our Sydney team as a Graduate Territory Manager. We are seeking motivated dynamic individuals to join us this year and kick-start a career in a fast-paced global environment.

Please note: This is a 12 Month contract role

What will you be doing

As an energetic hands-on Graduate Territory Manager you will be the face of our brands in the field driving a digital-first retail strategy. You will:

• Bring Our Brands to Life: Execute world-class promotional activities and self-initiate secondary selling locations. Youll ensure our iconic brands like Colgate Palmolive AJAX Cuddly and others are unmissable and perfectly categorised.

• Master Data-Driven Execution: Use our digital tools and CRM platforms to follow a disciplined optimised call cycle. Youll maximise promotional impact and use data insights to ensure we are winning in every aisle.

• Build Strategic Partnerships: Use your people skills to build influential relationships with Store Managers. Youll act as a consultant using your commercial mindset to show them how our brands can help grow their total business.
