Job Summary
Lush Lawn is hiring an HR Coordinator. The HR Coordinator supports the full employee lifecycle including recruitment onboarding employee engagement HR administration and total rewards support. This role partners with hiring managers and employees to deliver a positive experience while ensuring compliance accurate documentation and timely HR support. Reports to the Director of Human Resources. This position works 100% in office at the headquarters in Waterford MI.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring: Post jobs screen candidates coordinate interviews and manage background/reference checks. Assists with phone screens and in-person interviews.
Onboarding & HR Administration: Conduct onboarding maintain HRIS records manage system access and assist with benefits enrollment and HR projects.
Employee Engagement & Retention: Conduct exit interviews coordinate recognition programs support team-building activities and recommend retention strategies.
Employee Relations & Reporting: Help managers with basic employee questions or issues prepare HR reports and perform additional HR tasks as needed.
Total Rewards Support: Assist with benefits leave of absence unemployment and workers compensation administration.

Qualifications
- 2 years HR or related experience
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
- Paycor experience preferred
- Undergraduate degree preferred; PHR or SHRM-CP a plus
