Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Position Description: We are looking for an experienced Java Application Support to join our team. You will work closely with our front-end developers designers and other members of the team to deliver quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Provide Level 2 production/application support for Java-based applications.
Analyze application logs using Log4j Splunk to identify and resolve issues.
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.
Debug application issues and collaborate with development teams.
Execute SQL/Oracle queries for data validation and issue analysis.
Support CI/CD pipelines deployments and cloud-based environments.
Monitor applications and batch jobs using job scheduling tools.
Ensure application availability performance and SLA adherence.
Participate in shift and weekend support rotations.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Required Skills
Strong proficiency in Java SQL/Oracle and Angular.
Hands-on experience in Java production/application support (L2).
Good understanding of SDLC CI/CD and cloud environments.
Experience with log monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have
Experience in the Healthcare Insurance domain.
Exposure to microservices and Linux/Unix environments.
