JOB OVERVIEW:
At AIS we are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to assist with recruiting including social media management and connecting with onboarding functions across the organization. This role is responsible for sourcing screening interviewing and facilitating offers and onboarding while partnering closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and ensure candidates align with AIS Healthcares culture and mission. The ideal candidate is strategic data-driven and highly skilled in engaging both active and passive talent.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Source engage and attract candidates using a variety of channels including: Indeed LinkedIn email campaigns referrals and alternative sourcing strategies.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates qualifications fit and alignment with the job.
- Manage candidate experience throughout the hiring process as well as onboarding ensuring clear communication and timely feedback.
- Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process providing regular updates and guidance.
- Ensure candidates complete required assessments including Culture Index surveys.
- Deliver and negotiate job offers and communicate rejections in a professional and timely manner.
- Initiate and track pre-employment requirements including background checks and drug screenings.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records collect interview feedback and provide regular status reports.
- Utilize ATS and HRIS systems to streamline recruiting workflows.
- Support recruiting efforts by developing and maintaining a strong inclusive candidate pipeline.
- Contribute as a collaborative team member and complete additional duties as assigned.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelors degree required or equivalent experience
- 2-5 years of recruiting or sourcing experience with full life-cycle recruiting preferred
- Healthcare recruiting experience strongly preferred
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Ability to utilize all different types of social medial platforms to source for top talent
- Advanced sourcing expertise including complex Boolean search techniques
- Experience with hiring assessments such as Culture Index
- Proficient with Microsoft Office including Outlook PowerPoint Word and Excel
- Strong interpersonal relationship-building and listening skills with a natural consultative style
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Resourceful flexible and solution-oriented
- Ability to make decisions and work independently with little supervision
