UCT is looking for a talented Account Billing Supportto join us in Singapore!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform contract review by ensuring correct customer PO and pricing are maintained in e-order workbench for billing purpose
- Liaising with account managers with regards to pricings
- Support special requests from customers such as daily report for PO status customer PO balance for top-up or new PO issuance purpose submit PO consumption report to end user for approval prior to billing
- Maintain monthly sales tracking report by customers
- Support internal and external audits by providing supporting documents related to proof of deliveries including customer POs.
- Support office admin tasks if necessary
Educational/Certification Requirement:
- O Level or SPM
Experience Requirement:
- Preferably 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing environment
- Good analytical skills and meticulous
- Able to work in fast paced environment
- Proficient in MS office
