Are you a strong team player looking for an opportunity to further expand your exposure with one of the worlds most innovative banks We are looking for a highly motivated individual to support our Private Banking business where we serve the complex wealth management needs of our ultra-high net worth clients across the world.

As a Complex Derivatives Trade Support Analyst within the Wealth Management Operations team you will support the daily Complex Derivatives operational activities from order execution to trade lifecycle (including settlements of transactions) initiated by Private Bank Clients in Asia. You will work closely with Business stakeholders Risk and Control partners Compliance and other partners to ensure that the banks operations run efficiently and effectively.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide first class client experiences through daily transactional and lifecycle management processing ensuring accurate and timely trade capture within stipulated regulatory requirements and timelines.
  • Address ad hoc queries and resolve issues promptly from stakeholders.
  • Driving process improvement / automation initiatives and efficiency opportunities within the team within appropriate risk and controls governance framework.
  • Document (or make changes) to standard operating procedures risk documentations and policy documents associated with Operations effectively.
  • Develop continuous understanding of local regulations governing Complex Derivatives products.
  • Make sound and objective decisions when receiving escalation and escalate issues promptly to manager.

Requiredqualifications capabilities and skills:

  • Bachelors degree.
  • Must be highly disciplined a self-starter possess adaptability to learn new tasks and demonstrate a willingness to understand the details of a process.
  • A self-starter with ability to work under pressure and minimal supervision.
  • Proactive in problem solving and taking ownership of issues.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders (partnership mindset).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills

  • Experienced in Operations within private banking sector is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Tableau and Alteryx CORE certification will be an added advantage.
