We are seeking a highly skilled Talent and HR Coordinator with a strong background in recruitment onboarding and enhancing the overall employee experience. Requirements
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including job postings sourcing interviewing and hiring.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on candidate selection.
- Review resumes and applications to assess candidates qualifications experience and alignment with job requirements.
- Ensure timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process providing feedback and updates to maintain a positive experience.
- Represent the company at job fairs career events and online platforms to enhance employer brand and attract high-quality candidates.
- Continuously research and implement best practices in talent acquisition to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
- Execute onboarding credentialing duties for physicians and APPs in Paylocity and MedTrainer
- Accurately track credentialing i.e. approvals denials process flow.
- Execute our comprehensive onboarding program to ensure new hires are successfully integrated into the company culture.
- Act as a champion for the company culture ensuring it is consistently upheld across all levels of the organization.
- Collaborate with leadership to promote and reinforce the companys values and mission.
- Address employee concerns and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Other duties and tasks may be assigned as needed.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media resume databases and professional networks.
- Excellent interpersonal negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to act with integrity professionalism and confidentiality.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in human resources Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role with a track record of successful hires.
- At least two years of progressive human resource experience required healthcare industry preferred.
- SHRM-CP/PHR a plus.
Additional Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.

You will play an active role in protecting the companys sensitive data and ensuring that our patients information is treated with the utmost care and confidence. You are responsible for reporting any concerns or infractions that you become aware of so that the company may appropriately address them.

- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all Ally and customer data to which you are granted access. Any suspected compromises of Ally proprietary data or customer data must be reported to Management immediately.
- You will adhere to the Companys Information Security Policy and Procedures and support standard operating procedures to protect Company systems and data.
- You will alert management immediately with any expected system or data compromises and/or system failure impacting the security confidentiality availability and integrity of Ally Medical and customer data.
- You will be required to attend an annual Information Security Awareness Training.
