Nail Technician (Season 2026)

As a Nail Technician you will be an integral part of our Spa team which is dedicated to creating refined relaxing and memorable wellness experiences. You take pride in delivering exceptional service and understand the importance of personalized guest care within a luxury hospitality environment.

In this role you will provide high-quality nail treatments while embodying the service excellence attention to detail and professionalism that define our brand standards. You are a confident communicator a collaborative team player and someone who thrives on creating warm thoughtful and meaningful experiences for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional nail care services including manicures and pedicures in accordance with Spa standards
• Maintains thorough knowledge of the Spa menu and retail products to confidently recommend treatments services and products within the Spa and Wellness facilities
• Assessing guest needs and inquiring about contraindications
• Maintain a sound knowledge of all treatments packages and any promotions
• Encourage clients to return to the spa by recommending an ongoing treatment program and cross selling the other business centers in the Spa
• Ensure confidentiality and discretion are always maintained regarding guest information and activities
• Assist with Spa reception duties as needed including welcoming guests managing check-in/check-out responding to inquiries and ensuring the Spa facilities remain immaculate inviting and serene
• Ensure all treatment areas tools and equipment are cleaned sterilized and maintained in strict accordance with health safety and hygiene standards
• Carry out an in-depth consultation with each client prior to treatment ensuring medical history and concerns are identified
• Handle guest inquiries special requests and complaints efficiently ensuring guest satisfaction at all times
• Use the correct quantities of products as specified by the manufacturer and not exceed that amount
• Follow treatment room opening and closing procedures correctly reporting any maintenance issues to the Spa Manager
• Always be punctual and prepared in advance of treatments
• Consistently record guest preferences accurately updating guest profiles and communicating any relevant information to colleagues
• Always ensure confidentiality including data protection medical details and any information provided in confidence by the guest
• Support the Spa Attendants where required in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the spa facilities
• Perform additional duties or special projects as assigned by the Spa Manager
• Maintain a positive professional attitude toward guests colleagues supervisors and management
• Comply with company culture core values and operational standards

• Proven experience as a Nail Technician ideally within a Spa luxury hotel or high-end wellness environment
• Valid Nail Technician certification or professional license from a recognized institute
• Exceptional guest-care orientation with refined communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive polished and professional demeanor with the ability to create warm memorable experiences for every guest.
