We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh as a Risk Management Specialist for our Client Services team. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. The successful candidate will lead daily operations from a support and administrative level coordinating complex logistics and task assignments for client relationship projects while ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.
We will count on you to:
- Evaluate risks by reviewing loss experience cash flow and financials to develop tailored solutions and articulate the impact of options to clients across product lines.
- Retain business and collaborate with Account Management colleagues to generate new business opportunities and implement growth and retention strategies to meet sales goals.
- Drive strong relationships with clients prospects client teams and producers to provide best-in-class service and foster business growth.
- Serve as a primary client contact responding to complex client needs and questions to enhance the overall client experience.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of changing market conditions and ensure compliance with all professional transparency and regulatory standards.
What you need to have:
- Substantial experience in risk evaluation and management including financial analysis and solution development.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and collaborate effectively across teams to drive business growth.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex risk concepts and recommendations clearly.
- Knowledge of compliance and professional standards relevant to risk management and client services.

Marsh McLennan is committed to hybrid work which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration connections and professional development benefits of working together in the office. All Marsh McLennan colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one anchor day per week on which their full team will be together in person.
The applicable base salary range for this role is $102600 to $218500.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience skills training location certifications education and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case addition to the base salary this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
