Mission Technologies division of HII is a growing dynamic and innovative organization at the forefront of the aerospace and defense sector. We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Director of Program Excellence to lead our Program Excellence function reporting directly to the division Chief Operating Officer (COO). This role offers an exciting opportunity to continue the evolution of this important division level program and contribute to the continued success and growth of our company by ensuring the highest level of program management professionalism competency quality efficiency and service delivery.
As the Director of Program Excellence you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the overall program management capabilities of Mission Technologies. You will be responsible for providing overall subject matter expertise on integrating and coordinating all facets of program management in a Government Contracting environment. This includes implementing evolving and sustaining program excellence policies standards procedures tools training and reporting across our enterprise aligned with industry best practices and organizational goals. You will contribute to the consistent delivery of successful programs fostering a culture of excellence and enabling effective decision-making at all levels.
