Your mission: to elevate occupancy from 60% to an impressive 90% within a mere 3-6 months utilizing your exceptional sales skills and strategic thinking.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in a sales-driven environment.
  • Strong sales acumen with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed targeted occupancy rates.
  • Deep understanding of marketing strategies and product packaging.
  • Experience in managing community initiatives that engage residents and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in Ukrainian and Russian for effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales initiatives to promote and sell co-working spaces focusing on both new and existing clients.
  • Engage proactively with current residents real estate agencies and contractors to build strong relationships and foster community.
  • Organize and execute impactful advertising campaigns to attract prospective clients and boost visibility.
  • Manage contractor relations effectively ensuring timely and comprehensive offers for residents and real estate brokers.
  • Leverage strong product packaging and marketing strategies to showcase our co-working solutions and community initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends to tailor sales strategies that meet evolving client needs and enhance occupancy rates.

Key Goals

  • Increase occupancy levels from 60% to 90% within 3-6 months through targeted sales strategies.
