• Act as the primary strategic legal advisor to senior management translating complex legal requirements into actionable business guidance.
• Spearhead the protection and management of high-value Intellectual Property assets including trademarks brand integrity and competitive intelligence monitoring.
• Serve as a key legal resource for commercial teams providing expert counsel on marketing campaigns sponsorships and high-stakes contract negotiations (sales procurement distribution).
• Drive legal operational efficiency by championing the adoption and standardization of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools across supply chain and sales functions.
• Manage and resolve all potentially litigious matters with a focus on commercially viable outcomes ensuring litigation remains a last resort.
• Ensure rigorous adherence to internal governance policies particularly concerning Competition Law Anti-Bribery and Ethical Conduct.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with regulatory bodies and external counsel effectively resolving corporate and regulatory issues.
• Stay ahead of legislative shifts proactively updating internal policies and advising stakeholders on necessary adjustments.
