Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
(preferred) or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience in infrastructure engineering and team leadership roles.
Experience with infrastructure automation tools scripting languages and version
control systems
Key Responsabilities:
Lead mentor and manage the infrastructure engineering team fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Oversee the design implementation and maintenance of servers storage networks and virtualization platforms both on-premise and in the cloud.
Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends recommending solutions to enhance IT capabilities and efficiency.
Drive automation of infrastructure provisioning configuration management and deployment processes using scripting languages and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) techniques.
Monitor system performance capacity and availability implementing proactive measures for optimization and risk mitigation.
Oversee and optimize the organizations backup strategy to ensure reliable data protection successful recovery and compliance with business and regulatory requirements.
Implement and enforce security controls access controls and compliance with cybersecurity standards.
Conduct security assessments and support incident response and forensic investigations.
Manage cloud infrastructure services and optimize resource usage and costs.
Develop and maintain documentation policies and procedures for infrastructure management.
Collaborate with other IT and business teams to support projects and resolve technical issues.
