Job Title: RN Unit Manager- Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care (Day Shift)

Location: Sistersville WV

Job Type: Contract (5 weeks with possible extension)

Schedule: Day Shift (8:00 AM 4:30 PM)

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Nursing Supervisor / RN-Unit Manager to join our skilled nursing and long-term care team
This is a contract opportunity for a dedicated nurse ready to provide leadership oversight and exceptional patient care on the evening shift.

Responsibilities:

Supervise nursing staff and oversee daily unit operations
Ensure quality patient care and compliance with regulatory standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement care plans
Provide guidance mentoring and support to nursing staff

Qualifications:

Current RN license
Proven experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings
Strong leadership organizational and communication skills
