Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 Months
Rate: $55-60/hr on W2
Location Preference: East Coast USA - Eastern Time Zone

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple large and complex projects with multiple workstreams (Federal environment).
- Create detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) including interdependencies and critical path planning.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills and develop effective internal and external communication strategies.
- Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships (internal and external).
- Develop and maintain resource planning to ensure proper resource allocation across project portfolios.
- Utilize project management tools and methodologies to improve execution and operational efficiency.
- Implement engagement review and quality assurance procedures in accordance with company methodology.
- Ensure profitable and successful project execution aligned with regional goals and customer feedback.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope.
- Develop and execute risk management plans.
- Manage project financial performance including profitability revenue margins bill rates and utilization.
- Ensure projects are delivered within budget by managing key financial components.
- Ensure quality and timely delivery of project deliverables.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager
- Experience in Professional Services or Managed Services environments
(Critical requirement: must have led external customer-facing projects not internal operations) - Experience supporting Global Financial Services customers
- Technical project experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Networking
- Storage
- Virtualization
- Cloud
- Security
- Collaboration / Unified Communications
- Experience managing multisite deployments such as:
- Wireless
- Wi-Fi
- POS deployments
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
- Risk management and stakeholder management experience
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and track project timelines aggressively
- Strong team building and leadership skills
- Excellent problem solving critical thinking and analytical skills
- Strong written verbal and presentation communication skills
- Experience using project management software
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM certification
- Knowledge of financial processes and ability to analyze and create financial reports
- Experience using Clarity project management tools
- Experience with people management strategic planning and change management
- Ability to conduct stakeholder analysis and manage stakeholder expectations
- Experience writing structured business reports
