Job Summary

Title: SEC Reporting Manager CPA

Location: Boston Berlin Suburb area Hybrid

Type: Direct hire

Compensation: Competitive market rate up to around 185K

Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship)

Position Requirements:

Leads all external and internal financial reporting ensuring full compliance with U.S. GAAP SEC and SOX.
Owns 10-K 10-Q 8-K earnings releases and consolidated reporting.
Acts as the technical accounting authority for complex issues (revenue equity comp leases M&A FX etc.).
Partners with international finance teams to ensure global compliance.
Manages external audit relationships oversees ICFR/SOX and strengthens risk and control frameworks.
Leads cross-functional initiatives with FP&A Tax Legal IR HR and IT.
Drives process automation reporting modernization and system enhancements (ERP consolidation tools).
Leads and develops the financial reporting team while promoting technical excellence and continuous improvement.
CPA Bachelor s in Accounting/Finance 7 plus years public company reporting experience deep GAAP/SEC/SOX expertise leadership experience.

Preferred Requirements:

Big 4 public accounting experience / background
Multinational environment
M&A and consolidations exposure
