Position Overview The Scrum Master is responsible for leading Agile delivery while also applying strong project management discipline across the full project lifecycle. This role requires a seasoned professional with proven experience functioning as both a Project Manager and Scrum Master ensuring high-quality delivery continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership communication and execution skills in complex enterprise environments.
Required Experience & Skills -
7 10 years of combined IT Project Management experience as both a Project Manager and Scrum Master.

Proven experience successfully performing dual roles (PM and Scrum Master).

Strong delivery mindset with the ability to convert lessons learned into improved and accelerated delivery outcomes.

Hands-on experience with enterprise tools including ServiceNow Azure DevOps (ADO) SharePoint PowerPoint and Excel.

Strong understanding of SDLC Agile Scrum and SAFe methodologies.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities -
Serve as primary liaison between business partners Scrum teams and technical stakeholders.

Act as Project Manager and Scrum Master for a dedicated agile delivery team.

Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups Sprint Planning Reviews Retrospectives and PI Planning.

Manage project activities across the full lifecycle using ServiceNow Azure DevOps SharePoint and other enterprise tools.
-
Provide accurate and timely project status reporting to leadership.

Support development of the Annual Financial Plan including forecasting and budget input.

Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.
Project Leadership & Governance -
Manage the full project lifecycle in alignment with SDLC and agile best practices.
