- Sales Strategy and Revenue Generation: Develop and implement state-level sales strategies to meet or exceed targets for lubricating oils greases and specialty products.
- Dealer Network Expansion: Identify appoint and manage distributors and dealers across assigned territories. This includes building strong long-term relationships with channel partners to expand market reach.
- B2B Client Management: Cultivate relationships with industrial clients OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) and large-scale consumers for transformer and engine oils.
- Market Analysis & Expansion: Analyze market trends competitor activities and consumer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Operational & Logistical Oversight: Ensure smooth supply chain management inventory tracking and timely delivery of products from the plant (located in Gujarat) to the state distributors.
- Team Leadership & Performance Management: Recruit train and manage a team of sales officers and marketing executives. Set KPIs track performance and provide coaching.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards in the lubricants industry. Report monthly quarterly and annual sales and market performance to the central management.
