Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support US-based clients during night shift hours. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions managing back-office support activities and ensuring accurate documentation and coordination across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end customer service support to US clients via phone and email
- Handle inbound and outbound calls including cold calling when required
- Cover front-desk activities including answering phones and greeting visitors professionally
- Manage client communication and coordination ensuring timely responses
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with clients and internal teams
- Prepare share and track quotations as per client requirements
- Perform back-office operations including data entry record maintenance and reporting
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and transactions
- Ensure compliance with company processes and service standards
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1 3 years of experience in Customer Service / Client Support / Back Office Operations
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) mandatory
- Experience in client handling and cold calling
- Strong documentation and coordination skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook)
- Professional attitude with good interpersonal skills
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Prior experience supporting US customers or international clients
- Comfortable working in night shift schedules
- Ability to multitask and handle high-volume communication
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
