Job Summary

Job Title : Application Engineer

Location: Albany NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience designing developing and supporting child welfare systems in compliance with SACWIS and/or CCWIS federal regulations.
Hands-on experience building applications using and Framework 4.0 or later.
Proven experience developing user interfaces and applications with Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF).
Experience designing and implementing service-oriented solutions using Windows Communication Foundation (WCF).
Strong understanding and practical application of MVC MVVM and related architectural design patterns.
Extensive experience with Oracle databases (version 10g or higher) including SQL PL/SQL and development of stored procedures functions and packages.
Experience conducting regression and integration testing to ensure application stability and performance.
Experience developing unit tests using Rhino Mocks to support automated testing and maintain code quality.
