Job Summary
The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of programs across various business units. As a SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager the individual will be accountable for defining the product vision managing the product backlog and maximizing the value of the product. These roles require strong leadership skills strategic thinking and the ability to work collaboratively with cross functional Senior Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of programs across various business units. Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the planning and execution of programs ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives 2. Define and communicate the product vision to the development teams 3. Prioritize and manage the product backlog based on business value and customer needs 4. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback for product enhancements 5. Conduct regular reviews and retrospectives to continuously improve program and product performance 6. Implement agile and safe best practices to drive efficiency and quality in program and product delivery 7. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members on agile methodologies and product management practices1. Certification in safe product owner/product manager is a plus1. Proficiency in safe methodologies and frameworks
