JOB TITLE: Tool and Die Maker - CNC Operator
LOCATION: San Antonio TX
PAY RATE: $26-31/hour

Summary:

• Fabricate repair and maintain tools dies and fixtures used in the manufacturing process

• Interpret engineering drawings blueprints schematics and specifications to produce precise tooling components

• Operate manual machining equipment including lathes milling machines and grinders

• Use precision measuring instruments in the shop and on the aircraft to ensure accuracy and quality

• Collaborate with engineers and team members to develop effective tooling solutions

• Perform inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with specifications and standards

• Support Aircraft Structures III work including assembly installation and repair tasks as needed

• Fabricate aircraft parts in support of production and maintenance operations

Requirements:

• Regular and predictable attendance is required

• High School Diploma or GED required

• 5 years of experience as a Machinist or Tool Maker

• 5 years of experience operating manual mills and manual lathes

• 5 years of experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings blueprints schematics and specifications

• 5 years of experience using precision measuring tools

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
