Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Turn Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing all set-up and operational functions of CNC mill turn machines fabrication of medical instruments and implants deburring of parts and inspection of parts using various tools and equipment.

Shifts Available:

**2nd -OR- 3rd shift: *Monday - Thursday (4:30pm - 3:00am -*OR- **7:30pm - 6:00am) 15% shift premium
**Weekend Shift: **Friday - Sunday 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM; work 36 hours get paid for 40!
15% shift premium for ALL weekend shift hours worked!

What Youll Do:

Operate set up and maintain CNC mill turn machines finish machines hand tools and fixtures.
Read and interpret blueprints inspection check-sheets and instructions.
Utilize basic inspection tools such as calipers micrometers height stands comparators etc.
Perform burr removal on all parts where required.
Make necessary machine adjustments tool changes etc. as required.
Interface with Epicor Labor Entry system and monitor work orders.
Manage and monitor both internal and external quality as it relates to the work area.
Drive continuous improvements towards quality and delivery within the work area.
Execute the production plan to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
Support the training of other employees in your area of responsibility as needed.

What Youll Need:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
2 years experience with CNC mill turn machines required.
