Job Summary
Position Overview
Seeking an experienced CNC Machinist for a swing shift role supporting precision machining operations. This position offers an hourly wage of $20$40 per hour plus a $4 swing-shift differential based on experience.
Key Responsibilities

Operate set up and maintain CNC machines for precision machining

Read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications

Monitor machining processes and make necessary adjustments

Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment

Inspect finished parts to ensure accuracy and quality

Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency
Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a CNC Machinist

Strong knowledge of CNC operation and programming

Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints

Proficiency with precision measuring tools

High attention to detail and quality standards

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Availability to work swing shift hours
Education

High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Technical certification or associate degree in machining (preferred)
