Responsibilities
You will be performing the following duties:
- Acting as a source of information for current and prospective customers by answering inbound product queries
- Processing customer orders opening accounts and recording sale information
- Resolving customer complaints by clarifying issues of concern choosing the best course of action and explaining it
- Preparing product reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
- Such other services as may be required from time to time
