Harborview Medical Centers - Radiology Serviceshas an outstanding opportunity for aper-diem alternate shifts Patient Services Specialist.
WORK SCHEDULE
Per Diem
Monday- Sunday; Alternate shifts

RESPONSIBILITIESProviding staff providers and patients with an efficient system of internal and external communications including phone answering and call triaging
Scheduling provider and ancillary service appointments
Obtaining patient demographic financial and clinical information
Partnering with all members of the clinic team to prioritize patient satisfaction and exceptional care delivery
REQUIREMENTSHigh school graduation or equivalent AND
One year of healthcare administrative or customer service experience
ORAn equivalent combination of education/experience
