Description of role:
Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Team Manager the Credit Controller is responsible for ensuring that invoices are raised in an accurate and timely manner that income is collected and administered on a timely basis and for ensuring that outstanding accounts are dealt with in accordance with Company policy.
The Credit Controller works under the guidance of the Accounts Receivable Team Manager and is accountable for the full lifecycle of customer billing and debt management. This includes ensuring that all invoices are prepared accurately issued promptly and reflect the correct contractual and financial information.
The role also oversees the timely collection and administration of income maintaining clear and organised records to support smooth financial addition the Credit Controller is responsible for monitoring outstanding accounts proactively following up on overdue balances and resolving queries in line with Company policy to minimise risk and maintain positive customer relationships.

Working hours:
36 hours per week (full time) 8.30am -16.30pm Monday to Thursday (finishing at 16.15pm on Friday). Part-time and hybrid working available in some roles.
