HR Manager

Position Summary

Seeking an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to lead and manage Human Resources operations in a high-performing workplace. This role is responsible for recruitment benefits administration employee relations compliance and HR strategy. The ideal candidate is a trusted advisor strategic thinker and servant-minded leader who brings integrity accountability and positivity to the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all recruitment and talent acquisition efforts including workforce planning hiring strategy interviewing and onboarding

  • Oversee benefits administration including enrollment vendor management employee education and issue resolution

  • Manage employee relations including performance management coaching conflict resolution and investigations

  • Ensure compliance with federal state and local labor laws and employment regulations

  • Develop implement and maintain HR policies procedures and role design to support a high-performing culture

  • Manage and optimize the companys HRIS ensuring data accuracy reporting and system integrity

  • Lead onboarding training and development initiatives to support employee growth and engagement

  • Partner with leadership to drive employee engagement retention and organizational effectiveness

  • Oversee payroll processes in partnership with internal teams or vendors ensuring accuracy and compliance

  • Maintain confidential and accurate personnel records

  • Labor law compliance and employee relations

  • HRIS management and data integrity

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field required

  • 4 years of progressive HR experience preferably in a fast-paced or high-performing environment

  • Strong knowledge of employment and labor laws

  • Experience with HRIS platforms (Paycom or similar preferred)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving decision-making and organizational skills

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism

Compensation

  • $75000-$90000 plus benefits
  • Onsite preferred but open to 2 days remote
