HR Manager
Position Summary
Seeking an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to lead and manage Human Resources operations in a high-performing workplace. This role is responsible for recruitment benefits administration employee relations compliance and HR strategy. The ideal candidate is a trusted advisor strategic thinker and servant-minded leader who brings integrity accountability and positivity to the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all recruitment and talent acquisition efforts including workforce planning hiring strategy interviewing and onboarding
Oversee benefits administration including enrollment vendor management employee education and issue resolution
Manage employee relations including performance management coaching conflict resolution and investigations
Ensure compliance with federal state and local labor laws and employment regulations
Develop implement and maintain HR policies procedures and role design to support a high-performing culture
Manage and optimize the companys HRIS ensuring data accuracy reporting and system integrity
Lead onboarding training and development initiatives to support employee growth and engagement
Partner with leadership to drive employee engagement retention and organizational effectiveness
Oversee payroll processes in partnership with internal teams or vendors ensuring accuracy and compliance
Maintain confidential and accurate personnel records

HRIS management and data integrity
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field required
4 years of progressive HR experience preferably in a fast-paced or high-performing environment
Strong knowledge of employment and labor laws
Experience with HRIS platforms (Paycom or similar preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving decision-making and organizational skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism
