Job Duties are including but not limited to:

Overseeing daily industrial painting operations including surface preparation coating application and curing in industrial environments
Planning scheduling and managing painting projects to meet production timelines budgets and quality standards
Supervising train and lead painting crews; ensure proper staffing levels and skill development
Ensuring strict compliance with safety regulations environmental requirements and company policies
Coordinating with project managers maintenance teams and clients to scope work and resolve field issues
Managing material procurement inventory and equipment maintenance for painting operations
Enforcing coating specifications inspection requirements and quality control standards
Tracking labor hours job costs and productivity; provide regular reporting to management
Supporting bidding and estimating efforts by providing accurate labor and material input

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of industrial coatings surface prep methods and application techniques
Experience in refinery plant power generation or heavy industrial settings
Proven leadership and crew management experience
Ability to read and interpret coating specifications and project documentation

Salary: $80000-$90000 DOE.
