Job Summary

Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff

Location: Remote (US preferred)
Reports to: CEO & COO
Compensation: Competitive commensurate with experience meaningful equity

The Opportunity

Were building a new kind of Multiplayer Operating Systema modern chat-first platform that blends communication creativity and intelligence to help people form real friendships on the internet.

To do this well our executives need leverage.

Were looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant who operates with a Chief of Staff mindsetsomeone whose personal mission is to empower executives to be the best leaders they can be for their teams. This is not a reactive calendar-only role. This is a proactive trusted partner position at the center of the company.

You will work directly with the CEO and COO to bring structure clarity and momentum to a fast-moving venture-backed organization.

What Youll Do

  • Act as a strategic extension of the CEO and COOanticipating needs removing friction and creating leverage

  • Own complex calendaring prioritization and scheduling across internal and external stakeholders

  • Prepare executives for meetings by creating briefs talking points agendas and follow-ups

  • Interface confidently with venture capital partners and senior external stakeholders

  • Help prepare investor materials internal updates decks and written communications

  • Coordinate company-wide initiatives offsites and cross-functional efforts

  • Track key priorities deadlines and commitments to ensure nothing drops

  • Bring order to ambiguity and proactively propose systems processes and improvements

  • Serve as a cultural force multiplierhow you operate sets the tone

  • Ability to work directly with VCs and senior stakeholders
