Who We Are Looking For

TheAudit Internwill be part of the ClearwayAudit teamand will report totheManager of Internal Audit.

The Clearway EnergyInternal Audit function providesindependent objective assurance and consulting services designed to add value and improve Clearways operations. The mission of Internal Audit is to enhance and protect organizational value by providing risk-based and objective assurance adviceand insight. The Internal Audit function helps Clearwayaccomplishitsobjectivesby bringing a systematic disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of governance risk managementand control processes.

The Internal Audit function willseekto add value to Clearway through the performance of independent assessments of risk mitigation activities andtheadequacy effectivenessand efficiency of internal controls. Assessments will be guided byInstituteof Internal Auditors (IIA) professional standards andtheuseofinnovative Audit will furnish management with analysis recommendations and counsel focused on advancing the goals and objectives of the organization.

This position is part of the 10-week Summer Internship Program at Clearway Energy Group beginninginJune12026.

We are lookingfor current juniors pursuing abachelors degree in accountingorfinance withknowledge ofgenerally acceptedaccountingprinciplesdata analyticsand arehighly proficientusersof Excel(macros formulas API).

Throughout this summer internship programyoullget exposure to real projects and challenges while gaining first-hand professional experience. At Clearwayyoullgain access to an innovative and fast-paced work networking and learning events with your fellow intern cohort.

What Youll Be Doing

TheInternal AuditInternwillwork with internal audit staff on various projectsand tasksassistwith the planning and performingofa site visitand will be assigned with anindividualprojectwhere they willbe responsible forstreamlininganInternal Audit projects and tasksthroughExcelautomation.At the end of the internship theIntern Internal Auditwill present their final project toleadership.
