$205590 salary package - includes base salary ($181324) plus employers contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role
This senior position plays a pivotal role in strengthening TAFE NSWs integrity framework and embedding a culture of transparency accountability and ethical excellence across the organisation while managing industrial risks associated with integrity matters. You will lead the resolution of complex integrity matters provide authoritative advice to senior leaders and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance governance and compliance practices.
As a trusted advisor you will engage and influence internal and external stakeholders building organisational capability and fostering confidence in our systems and processes. Your work will ensure that TAFE NSW remains a values-driven organisation committed to the highest standards of integrity and public trust.
