Nursery Practitioner Redbridge Immediate Start

Salary: Up to 33400 per annum
Hours/Shifts: 36 hours (8am6pm over 4 days) or 45 hours (8am6pm over 5 days)
Location: Redbridge London

Ribbons & Reeves are seeking a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our warm and supportive Early Years team in Redbridge. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to a nurturing creative and high-quality learning environment.

As a Nursery Practitioner youll help plan and deliver engaging age-appropriate activities that spark curiosity and support childrens holistic development. Youll play an active role in maintaining smooth daily routines encouraging positive play and building strong relationships with children parents and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support lead educators in planning and delivering engaging learning experiences

• Create a safe stimulating and inclusive environment for all children

• Observe assess and record childrens progress in line with the EYFS framework

• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers providing regular updates and support

• Take part in team meetings training and ongoing professional development opportunities

Requirements:

• Early Years Qualification EYTS or Level 3 CACHE (or equivalent)

• Previous experience as a Nursery Practitioner (the more the better!)

• A genuine passion for early years education and child development

• Strong communication organisational and teamwork skills

• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children
