Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruiter to manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying attracting and hiring top talent while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Sourcing & Attraction
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards social media networking and employee referrals.
- Use Boolean search LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify potential candidates.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
2. Job Description and Requirement Analysis
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create clear compelling job descriptions.
- Analyze workforce needs and recommend hiring plans aligned with business goals.
3. Screening and Shortlisting
- Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet minimum qualifications.
- Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess candidates skills experience and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
4. Interview Coordination and Facilitation
- Organize interview schedules provide interview guidelines to hiring teams.
- Collect and consolidate feedback from interviewers.
- Manage candidate communications throughout the process to ensure a positive experience.
5. Candidate Assessment and Selection
- Support the hiring manager in evaluating candidates and making final hiring decisions.
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications as needed.
6. Offer Management and Negotiation
- Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates.
- Negotiate salaries benefits and joining dates in line with company policies.
- Handle candidate queries regarding compensation and benefits.
7. Onboarding Support
- Coordinate with HR and other departments to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Ensure all pre-employment documentation and formalities are completed.
