Spa Therapist (Season 2026)

As a Spa Therapist at Santa Marina a Luxury Collection Resort Mykonos you will deliver exceptional holistic wellness experiences and personalized treatments that embody the distinctive service standards of our luxury hospitality ethos.

This role requires a passion for wellness advanced technical expertise and a genuine commitment to creating restorative and memorable experiences for every guest. You will educate guests on spa treatments and products tailor services to individual needs and consistently provide spa experiences in a calm welcoming and refined environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality spa and beauty services including body treatments massage therapies and facial treatments
• Welcome guests warmly and provide detailed information about spa services treatments and hotel facilities
• Carry out an in-depth consultation with each client prior to treatment ensuring medical history and concerns are identified Ensure aftercare recommendations are made at the end of every treatment linking with client concerns and offering to prepare products at reception for purchase
• Encourage clients to return to the spa by recommending an ongoing treatment program and cross selling the other business centers in the spa. Maintain a sound knowledge of all treatments packages and any promotions
• Update own knowledge of products and treatment brand standards outside of formal training by ESPA and 111SKIN
• Use the correct quantities of products as specified by the manufacturer and not exceed that amount
• Responsible for achieving retail sales targets as set by the Spa Manager
• Handle guest inquiries special requests and complaints efficiently always ensuring guest satisfaction
• Consistently record guest preferences accurately updating guest profiles and communicating any relevant information to colleagues
• Always ensure confidentiality including data protection medical details and any information provided in confidence by the client
• Follow treatment room opening and closing procedures correctly reporting any maintenance issues to the Spa Manager
• Prepare organize and maintain all spa areas to the highest standards of cleanliness hygiene and presentation (treatment rooms preparation areas locker rooms and guest facilities)
• Support the Spa Attendants where required in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the spa facilities
• Perform additional duties or special projects as assigned by the Spa Manager
• Maintain a positive professional attitude toward guests colleagues supervisors and management
• Comply with company culture core values and operational standards

• Experienced in performing facials body treatments and massages required preferably in a luxury environment
• Previous experience in a similar role is considered a plus
• Certification by a recognized institute
• Exceptional guest-care orientation with refined communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive polished and professional demeanor with the ability to create warm memorable experiences for every guest
