Job title: QA/Food Safety Clerk Reports to: Arin Howell / Joel Rodriguez |

Nonexempt Hourly Rate: Nonexempt | Type of position: Full-time
| Hours: 1st Shift 7 am 4:30 pm (flexible as needed) |
INTERNAL CANDIDATES MUST HAVE LESS THAN 3 ATTENDANCE POINT IN ORDER TO APPLY
Duties: - Process paperwork from the production floor
- Typing data from NSIS program
- Organize HACCP data
- Learn to be proficient in the Safety Chain Quality Control Program
- Prepare final reports from the data collected
- Be able to analyze and trend data accurately
- Be part of any internal/3rd party audits
- Gather information for USDA and Food Safety reports
- Organize USDA reports
- Any other duties assigned by management
- Learn Food Safety Programs
- Create reports and distribute to all departments
- Learn Shop Floor and Safety Chain programs

Required skills: - Attention to detail
- Organized and reliable
- Confident in problem solving
- Time management; Accuracy
- Excel Word and PowerPoint knowledge and good computer skills
- Able to communicate verbally and in written form with management team
- Able to work weekends as needed (when plant scheduled)

Education Requirements (if applicable) - High school diploma or equivalent
