Principal Attleboro High School

Attleboro Public Schools seeks an experienced principal to lead the largest comprehensive high school in the Commonwealth. Candidates must have a proven record of leading teams of educators in maintaining a focus on high expectations for student learning while navigating the dynamic challenges of operating an immensely complicated school.

Qualifications:

1. Certification as principal in Massachusetts
2. Minimum of three years of experience as a principal
3. Demonstrated leadership skills in staff curriculum and program development:

• Supervision and leadership of a team of administrators
• Establishing promoting and executing a shared vision and purpose
• Fostering and promoting a culturally proficient environment
• Setting and meeting high instructional expectations for staff and students
• Ensuring all school community members share in a strong sense of belonging
• Lead the development of innovative and effective models of instruction
• Developing family community and business partnerships
• Listening/communicating with various stakeholders
• Strategic stewardship of available resources to meet instructional and operational priorities
• Recruit hire and retain high-performing employees

Salary range: $130000 - $165000
