Job Summary

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Lab Technician to support laboratory operations by preparing testing and analyzing samples in accordance with established procedures and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have hands-on laboratory experience strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety accuracy and data integrity.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine laboratory testing on samples following standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Prepare label and handle samples for analysis while maintaining proper chain of custody
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments
Accurately document test results observations and data in laboratory information systems (LIMS) or logs
Conduct quality control checks and report any deviations or irregular results
Assist with calibration cleaning and routine maintenance of laboratory equipment
Follow laboratory safety protocols regulatory requirements and quality standards
Dispose of laboratory waste in accordance with safety and environmental guidelines
Support senior lab staff with special projects validations or method development as needed

$18 - $24 an hour
