Please note: We currently have two openings for this role. Level I will primarily focus on assembling and packaging activities while Level II will be responsible for formulation-related tasks. Both positions will involve working in a laboratory / clean room environment.

Position Description:

• The Manufacturing Operator I / Lab Technician I role is an onsite position located in Eugene OR.
• This opportunity begins as a contract assignment with strong potential for full-time conversion based on individual performance and business requirements prior to the end of the contract term.
• Responsible for the final packaging of various product lines for the Biotech industry.
• Employees execute production processes by strictly adhering to Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instruction Documents.
• The role involves routine tasks with occasional deviations requiring moderate complexity.
• Precision is essential as errors could lead to significant interpretative issues.

• Operate and/or monitor production equipment making necessary adjustments to ensure smooth operations and high-quality results in the work area.
• Collaborate with other technicians to perform filling labeling and packaging of products.
• Comprehend production paperwork including product reconciliation label reconciliation labor sheets product fill checks and torque checks.
• Follow manufacturing paperwork meticulously without deviations from instructions.
• Handle chemicals and hazardous materials safely.
• Adhere to all company safety regulations and procedures.
• Follow ISO 13485 guidelines and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Clean and sanitize work areas machines glassware or equipment as required.
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with work groups to ensure task and project completion.
• Perform duties in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Be flexible to work overtime and varying shifts.
• Perform other assigned duties.

• Regularly stand walk use hands to handle objects tools or controls talk hear and smell.
• Frequently reach with hands and arms stoop kneel crouch or crawl.
• Ability to sit for extended periods as required by the nature of the work.
• Frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
• Vision abilities include close vision distance vision color vision and the ability to adjust focus.
• Work in a moderate noise level environment.
