    Location: The Learning Bank
    Schedule: Year-round 20 hours per week
    Rate of Pay: $21.96 per hour
    Reports To: Learning Bank Director

    Position Summary: The Marketing and Student Recruitment Coordinator supports the growth and visibility of The Learning Bank by leading marketing efforts outreach initiatives and student recruitment activities. This role is responsible for promoting programs and services strengthening community awareness and supporting enrollment through strategic communication and engagement. The position works closely with the Learning Bank Director to align recruitment and marketing efforts with program goals.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement marketing and recruitment strategies to promote Learning Bank programs and services.
    • Create and maintain marketing materials including flyers brochures digital content newsletters and social media posts.
    • Coordinate student recruitment efforts including outreach to families community partners schools and local organizations.
    • Represent the Learning Bank at community events open houses informational sessions and recruitment activities as needed.
    • Maintain accurate records related to inquiries enrollment trends and outreach efforts.
    • Support the Director with data collection and reporting related to enrollment and recruitment outcomes.
    • Collaborate with district departments and community partners to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
    • Assist with website updates and other communication platforms related to Learning Bank programming.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Learning Bank Director.

    Qualifications

    • Associates degree or higher in marketing communications education or a related field preferred.
    • Experience in marketing communications recruitment or community outreach preferred.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to engage positively with students families staff and community members.
    • Proficiency with basic office software and digital communication tools (e.g. email social media content creation platforms).
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a school or community-based environment.

    Working Conditions

    • Part-time year-round position (20 hours per week).
    • Some evening or occasional weekend hours may be required to support recruitment events or outreach activities.
